The garden had a brief happy point there, when we had both some rain and some sun, but now is fading fast. This is my third attempt to grow radishes this year. Early spring: strong seedlings. Eaten by critter. (My guess is a woodchuck). Summer: Too hot. Bolted above ground. Now: Some good seedlings, most dug up by this years wretched gang of squirrels. This solitary grower lives under a glass bell most of the time. But if I get one good radish, I'll be happy.
