Part II: Winter foods


Twice baked potatoes. Persimmon.
I've been all about potatoes of late. Yay potatoes! This persimmon actually tasted kinda weird, but the color was lovely enough on its own.

  1. Persimmons grew on the some of the trees near by childhood home. I was never brave enough to try one. Then, as adult, I thought the texture was weird.
